Contacted by HR several weeks after application. After the HR screen, he/she sent out the take-home assessments in R. If the R tests went well, an initial virtual interview would be the next step.

HR asked about the legal status, compensation, etc. No tech questions.
There was phone calls with the recruiter to arrange an interview with the Hiring Manager.
The interview was just one 1-hour meeting with the Hiring Manager where I was bombarded by lots of theoretical questions.
Finally, lots of phone calls with the recruiter to convince me to accept the offer.

I received an email from HR scheduling an interview for the next day at 2PM, during which I was informed about a data task to be completed and returned within two hours. However, on the day of the interview, I waited from 2 PM to 3 PM without receiving any communication or the task from their team. This is ridiculous!
I then sent an email to HR requesting a rescheduling. But, I have not received a response yet. This experience was quite negative, and the hiring process really unprofessional!

Completely unprofessional.
I applied in November and HR scheduled an interview with head of data science that never happened. HR got back to me to schedule an interview. I replied with my availability after which I was ghosted.
