Had a phone call asking me to book an interview. Asked some scenario questions then got me out on the shop floor to look at what was to be improved and what was good. Also got a customer interaction and she watched me interact with a customer
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
