I applied online and received a phone call a day later to come in for a 1 to 1 interview. Manager was very friendly on the telephone as well as in the interview, made me feel comfortable and I was able to speed through the interview questions. There was mix of questions, a few normal interview ones and the others were situation questions. The manager gave me the job on the spot.
