Thought it was relaxed and okay, friendly store manager was interviewer
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Argos (Gillingham, England) en nov. 2017

The process took around a week from me applying online to being offered the job (temporary/Christmas). I applied via an online application then got a call a few days later to invite me for an interview.
When I arrived I was asked to complete a 'test' which was purely to check whether 'order numbers' matched up - a tick if they were identical, a cross if they were not. It was really easy to complete, so long as you pay close attention to each digit.
The interview was fairly relaxed with only the customer service manager and a customer advisor taking notes. I got asked a few questions about customer service, team work, my ambitions and then got told the details about the role. The whole interview only took 25 minutes.
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
