The interview process was very fast and easy. Its very laidback like you are talking to an old friend. its not serious at all. It was one of the easiest intreviews I have ever done in my life and at that point I had about 6 different jobs.

Came into the store to speak with the manager - was very laid-back atmosphere, informal. We sat down and he asked me more questions about myself, work experiences I have had an why I thought I would make a good candidate for the job. Definitely more about gauging the attitude of the interviewee rather than actual work experience.

Two round interview, fairly simple and not too challenging. They later put you through a 2 week orientation where you need to learn about the multiple types of teas offered there.
