This was an interview process full of red flags; from being interviewed twice in the basement (presumably to hide their office space) to being told to not use the guest entrance and instead (in their words) use 'the shabby staff entrance'. Concerned by the array of negative reviews I had read about the workplace culture at Arena I asked for more detail. In a response I can only describe as cagey I was told that the staff and environment there were 'quite nice'. I considered it a great relief to not be offered the position.
