I recently completed my initial interview with the HR team, which was followed by a rejection email. The individual who conducted the first interview was exceptionally friendly and provided valuable feedback when I inquired following the rejection email. Her personal call and constructive feedback will be beneficial for my future interviews. Additionally, she kindly suggested that I explore other positions within the company that she believed might be a better fit for me. On the whole, I had a positive experience, with the only drawback being the relatively slow response time, as it took three weeks to receive a response after the initial interview.
