first-round with HR, and then second round with investment managers. Very bad experience for me: first the HR at Ardian NY never replied to my email, after following up sooooooo many times. Second, the investment managers seemed like don't care about the interview / candidate at all. Not willing to answer my question at all and the original 30 mins only lasted 15 mins, and then my interviewer told me that he needed to go. Overall very negative experience. Would highly recommend avoid this company.

Took awhile to get back to me and rescheduled the first interview 5 minutes before it was scheduled. Everyone was super nice and I felt well-prepared after the initial screening with HR.
