Entretien pour Vice President of Customer Experience

      3 août 2021
      Candidat à l'entretien anonyme
      Atlanta, GA
      Aucune offre
      Expérience négative
      Entretien difficile

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Arcules (Atlanta, GA) en juil. 2021

      Entretien

Three rounds of screening interviews with some interesting questions that intrigued me, a 45-min personality test (always fun!), then a 4-hour interview (2 hours of formal presentation to 5 people, followed by 1:1 interviews with the same audience during the second two hours), formal checking of references, and eventually a final interview. Every stage was full of indirect questions, games, and tests to determine how you react “under pressure” with a heavy dose of fraternity energy and lots of critiques and analysis along the way. I got the sense I was the “wild card” in the mix which only reinforced the outsider vibe I was getting. I learned a few things about myself along the way, which I’m thankful for. Unfortunately, at some point in the process, they forgot (or didn’t care) that hiring is a two way street. I wasn’t offered the job, but by the end, I wasn’t interested - so it worked out as it was meant to. I wish them continued success. I’m sure they will find people who are a good match for the culture.
