There was a last minute notice that it was a group Interview, and I was aware because I checked this site. It took place in a three step process. People were eliminated in each round. It began with 6-7 of us and ended with myself and one other person.

I don't know why it takes 2 hours to do a simple interview. it takes 2 hours to do a check in and interview and you have to wear a business casual for a minimal job interview.

Entretien
Group interview. Very long, but was more lax in nature. Overall, it was a fun experience. Interview was split into 3 sections, and a few people were asked to leave in between each intermission. In my group, the remaining candidates were automatically offered employment, but I heard the usual practice was to ask them to come in for a one-on-one interview another day.
