After finding out about my resume through my Linkdin profile, managing principal of A4E invited me to meet up with her and design principal in charge for a Job Captain at their firm. Interview took about 90 mins, and it went pretty well (I assumed). They asked me about my background, resume, type of projects I've worked on and my responsibilities in my current position. At the end, I was asked to put together a portfolio to check my designing skills before they walked me through rooms in their office and showed me various project renders they have done for various school districts. Interestingly enough, it's been more than a year since I was interviewed, and they have not bothered to open my portfolio link I had to put together, per their request.
