Phone interview with a VP, followed by an on-site interview with three people (a different higher-up, hiring manager, and analyst). Asked about previous papers and research. Also asked to rate programming skills in various languages. Company culture is very casual and pleasant. Interviewers and HR were courteous, but I knew I wouldn't get an offer.
