I recently had the unfortunate experience of interviewing at Arcbound and it was a disappointing encounter. Especially after submitting a project to showcase my strategic thinking and ideas for the team along with going through 2 positive interview rounds. From the moment the CEO entered the Zoom, it was clear he had no interest in conducting a proper interview. Instead of asking relevant questions about my skills and expertise, he seemed more focused on belittling me and questioning my capabilities. And just when I thought things couldn't get worse, he was also unaware that we were only meeting to discuss 1099 support - ADVOCATED BY HIS OWN TEAM after 2 interview rounds since Arcbound could not afford my full-time salary rate. **If you show up to a meeting with me, you better come prepared but more importantly, be respectful. I would strongly advise anyone considering a job at Arcbound to proceed with caution. How someone treats you when they think no one else is looking says a lot about character. I had a roster of clients I considered bringing in to Arcbound too.
