The interview was first with the supervisor and the supervisor's supervisor. It was at the office and a relaxed "lets get to know each other" style of interview. The there was time for the other co-workers to come in and get to know me and for me to get to know them. The style was very much lets see if I would be a good fit on the team.

Entretien
Phone call, video interview with manager, video interview with group members. The conversations were fairly casual and informative. I did not feel like I was being asked hard questions. Overall I'd say the process was not any different than most jobs out there.

Entretien
An informal first interview with two business leads for an intermediate position. I thought it went well and I was even shown around the office. I was told I would hear in two weeks. I didn't hear anything for weeks. I emailed and tried to call the HR representative but I was completely ghosted. It was very frustrating after spending hours applying and preparing.
