The recruitment process involved a full assessment day with a presentation from the graduate recruiter, a group exercise, an in-tray exercise and a panel interview. I had to travel for the interview and needed to stay overnight. The company offered to pay for my travel capped at £100 but did not subsidise my stay. It took about 12 weeks after the interview for my expenses to be reimbursed.
