Interview process was done through Microsoft teams. It was the first initial stage, with another interview following after if they liked you. The whole interview was recorded so that they could have people within the company review it later and decide if they wanted to interview you again for the position. Mainly just asked me my availability, background, expected pay, expected hours and job requirements.
