It seems they do a prescreen then a big interview with multiple team members and make their decision then and there. I was screened and told the team would see if they were interested in doing an interview or not. They picked it up and the interview was with three people, including the person you will directly report to. In my case, that individual seemed kinda nervous, I'm not sure if they just instantly looked at me and decided they did not want to work with me and as such became nervous conducting the interview. The other interviewers were of a higher level and were generally pretty nice. They did ask a lot of questions about what I wanted in a career including asking me about my intention on getting credentials that don't align with the position, and I believe a good reason I was not given an offer was because they did not think my career intentions aligned with the position. It was pretty quick overall, I was a little disappointed with how they told me to feel free to reach out if I thought up a better answer later, but you don't even get access to the interviewers emails, and since I received a rejection the next business day (likely automated from the day before), they likely just instantly decided no immediately after the interview.
