The interview process was absolutely mismanaged. I was approached by the company to interview onsite. They took a really long time to answer a few basic questions I asked to know more about the company and the hiring process before I interviewed onsite. After being directed from one recruiter to another, they answered my questions and scheduled my onsite day.
At the onsite location, the person who was supposed to interview me never showed up. They kept me waiting for 20 minutes before two interviewers showed up to interview me. After the interview, my recruiting coordinator never got back to me with a response for more than a month. After sending 2 follow up emails and copying their general recruiting email address, someone got back to me with a boilerplate response stating that they would not be moving forward with my candidacy.
The interview process reflected poorly on how Arcadia functions as a company. It revealed mismanagement and unprofessionalism.
