I applied through their website and received a phone call inviting me to interview in person. I interviewed on-site at in Davis, CA. After watching a safety video, I was lead into a conference room where I was interviewed by 2 people. They told me a little bit about the company and the position, then asked me questions, and finally let me ask any questions. They asked me typical questions about my past jobs, skills, etc. They did ask some questions that tested my knowledge of skills I listed on my resume. Overall it was very casual and had a friendly environment to it. I heard back after the interview 2 weeks later.
