I interviewed on campus and the process is only one day. The interview was easy, there were two employees (including the boss). They asked me to put on a presentation about the most important thing on my resume. They did not seem too concerned with the presentation as they were barely paying attention. After they just asked me about my resume but they seemed to pay more attention on my transcript. I was asked two technical questions which I answered quickly. During all of this they would look at their phones plenty of times and talked about lunch which I thought was unprofessional. They were unprofessional and unorganized as they did not know how to lead the interview. Overall, I thought I did pretty well and they seemed to like me but they seemed too concerned about my transcript. I guess make sure you don't have to do any explanation for your resume.
