Quick from interview to hire. Then you attend a week long orientation. Then you shadow for 3-5 days depending on your skills and how quick of a learner you are.

Very brief. Not professional and were eager to hire without even asking any questions. Later, it became obvious after starting working that nurses come and go so fast d/t unsafe culture of unit.
