Started with a recruiter contacting me through LinkedIn. I replied to her inquiry. We had a phone interview. She submitted my information to the hiring manager. I completed a detailed inventory and questionnaire. I did a PI. Had face to face interview. It went very well, the interviewer had very detailed questions, definitely wanted a visionary. Focused on autonomy and corporate support.
