The interview process was quite brief and not what I expected for a senior role. I only had one short call (10-15 minutes) during which I was asked a single question about why I wanted to work at Arbitrum. There wasn’t much opportunity to discuss my background or experience in Treasury and crypto. Overall, the process felt rushed and didn’t provide much insight into the company or the role.
