Phone interview: Right off the bat the interviewer sounded very stressed out and she rapidly enumerated the interview layout she would be administering during our phone call during which she stated that "my opportunity" to ask any questions would only be reserved to the very end of the interview. Very hard to understand this person (likely related to telephony sound quality). The vibe was terrible and worst of all, the salary for this position was well below average based on the 'must-haves' in terms of academia and experience they demand. I ended up terminating the interview only 4 minutes into it as I felt this was not the right company for me and the process I was about to undertake unworthy. Hope your experience is different than mine and best of luck interviewing with these folks.
