I applied via the aramark portal as I'm a current employee. I didn't hear anything back for 3 months. Randomly Allie the Aramark Chatbot sent me a message stating I had an interview on a certain date/time and it stated that I would be called for the interview. I sat and took off work, then waited for a call, but I never got a call from anyone. I wrote Allie the chatbot and was told that she can't help me, and that management would reach out after a decision was made. So basically I got screwed over by AI probably either not letting the interviewer know, or maybe they passed on me and no call no nothing. It was extremely unpleasant with AI basically making me waste a day of work for nothing.
