Three interviews took place. First was a phone interview with recruiter who asked questions about past work experience. The second was with Sales Manager who mostly talked about the job, didn't ask a lot of questions. The final interview was phone with Regional Sales Manager who asked very few questions.

There were a total of three interviews in the process. One with the recruiting team, then the sales manager, then the General Manager. The interviews were pretty straightfoward. Be prepared for both behavioral and situational questions.

It felt like my time was not valued and taken advantage of with the first interview lasting over an hour and a half.
The decision is ultimately left to the group VP who does not even conduct an interview.

pretty casual to begin with manager was very helpful answering lots of questions telling me about the company etc. trying to see if we were a good fit not super formal
