It was really quick, wanted to know what your interests were in the company, how you found out about them. What made you want to apply and if you had ever had a management job before in which I had. The whole interview was really easy going and not difficult at all.

One in person interview with a group. Hiring process was quick and took about two weeks. Very open communication and job is exactly what I expected. Interviewer asked an array of question and was up front with expectations and career growth.

Very basic. I went through two interviews before I got the position - one with the hiring manager and one with his boss. The interview was mostly small talk not really job related. They liked my personality and hired me.

They used to do training on behavior based hiring, but they haven't done it in years so most of the currently managers don't know what to ask you.
