it was more of a conversation about the role and what i could contribute. the interviewer described the role and what the company does in the department i applied to. then they went over different projects and expectations of the job and asked if i had any questions and if i wanted to do the job.

Sent in a resume through the college website and did not hear back until I followed up for two weeks after. Then got an email for an in-person interview. I was interview by the whole marketing department which consisted of three people. Each of them had a different aspect of marketing questions that I answered. The first person dealt more with the creative aspect and asked me if I knew how to work certain programs. The second person asked me about my logistical experience and asked me follow-up questions from my experience on my resume. The third person asked me if I had any familiar topics of recycling and the green initiative.
