The initial screening was conducted over the phone. Next was an assessment followed by a mock-demo presentation. Background check and RX test. Quick and timely turnaround throughout the process.

There were a total of three interviews in the process. One with the recruiting team, then the sales manager, then the General Manager. The interviews were pretty straightfoward. Be prepared for both behavioral and situational questions.

It felt like my time was not valued and taken advantage of with the first interview lasting over an hour and a half.
The decision is ultimately left to the group VP who does not even conduct an interview.
