They bring you in they have you walk around the plant briefly show you what department she may be hiring for. Then they take you into the office to fill out paperwork. They promise you you will get 40 hours, they promise you that they cross train so you can make sure you have all the hours you need, they say that you can always bid on another department when somebody leaves for change in Department jobs... But none of this is true they do none of this they don't even train you they expect your department people to train you without trainers pay
