The first round is through an initial telephone interview with two people. They ask your typical interview questions and are very nice. For this specific position they asked open ended questions for you to really go into detail about how you would handle certain situations or how you would be able to aid their company. They seemed really focused on making sure that you would be the right fit for the position and that you would grow with them. I, unfortunately, was not the right fit for the position and was called back later that day to be told I would not be continuing to the next round. However, if they really like you they will take the time to see if you would be a good fit somewhere else in the company. I was asked about another job position with the company where they felt my skills would be useful.
