I was approached by someone from the company through social media to discuss a possible role there. I thought it was interesting to discuss that role and accepted it. However, the interview never really happened. They never asked me any technical or leadership questions. And I also didn't get a good understanding of what they were looking for. It looked like a very flawed interview process. It was mainly one single interview, which consisted of the CEO being apparently angry at me because I "applied" to the role and why I would I ever want to leave my current job. Glad I dodged this one.
