It starts by email in response to a prospective opportunity. From there it is discussed over the phone. Then if it matches in some way, typically you are asked to visit the staff in-person. This is the method by which they learn what you want to do and get a feel for your personality and presentation.

Very easy. They prepare you for everything. There are no surprises. You come in knowing what to expect and you're prepared to answer anything. It's really great for people who have little to no experience or people with a lot of career experience.
