I was set up with the creative director to go over my background and interest in Vitamin T. She went over the company and what life is like as a recruiter. I'm assuming I wasn't a good fit but the experience was very beneficial and it was great to speak with her!
Their interview process was handled very professionally. Started with a one-on-one interview (offsite) with the director, followed by an in office interview with the team. Great communication all along the way.
