As soon as I walked in, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. The interview process itself went quite well. My technical SQL skills were tested via discussion as opposed to a formal test. the focus seemed more towards the customer service aspect of the role. Coming from a hospitality as well as an IT background, I felt this role suited me well. The interview was conducted smoothly with questions shifting from technical to interpersonal after one another. I am very please with how it was conducted.
