      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aptora (Lenexa, KS) en janv. 2022

      Entretien

      Quick to respond with a brief phone screening and schedule first in person interview. Went through two in person interviews. The first was with the support department manager, who is fantastic! Prior to this I was just a bookkeeper and after the difficulties of sustaining a job during Covid and interviewing with a lot of companies I was relieved and quickly intrigued with what the job actually entailed and the companies product. The interview process from their was a little slow in my opinion however quickly became the front runner for me to choose who I wanted to work for. The 2nd interview was with both the Support Manager & HR Manager. They asked some really great questions and made me want to be apart of their team. I eagerly awaited a job offer, which I did receive. I realize now after working here for a few months why they take their time in the interviewing process. This can be challenging if your not qualified, not a positive person, and have to be self motivated to a certain level. They give you more then enough materials to do your job, but you have to put the effort in and run with that!

      Thank you for the honest review. Our interview process is a little longer than some because we want to make sure that our employees are a good fit both culturally and with their skill sets. Usually we try to make the interview process as quick as possible (one to two weeks maximum) however, during the time that you interviewed we had some changeover in the department and wanted to make sure that the new department manager was a part of the hiring process. We are glad that you are part of our Aptora team!
