A very positive experience interviewing for a position in IT at Aptiv in Dublin, from start to finish. The recruiter, Ethna Rossiter, was professional, friendly and supportive throughout the process. There was an initial telephone interview with the hiring manager, and then onsite interviews on a 1:1 basis with him and with two other Heads of Departments. Each had their own style, but each was professional, accomplished and made the interview a good experience. The interview questions were all very relevant and challenging to a level appropriate for the position. Flights to Dublin were booked by Aptiv and all travel details clearly communicated. The office is stylish, located in the hub of the business area in Dublin, and the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. The final telephone interview with the Vice President of IT, again was a very positive experience, a strong but personable leader. Overall the organisation, recruiter and interviewing managers made the process a very good one, and gave me a very positive feeling that this is a great organisation to work for.
