      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aptara (New York, NY) en sept. 2018

      Entretien

      I was called by the HR of the company for F2F interview on a weekday. I couldn't appear for the interview on the day that we decided. Got a call from the HR that when can I come. I asked her to schedule the interview for the next day. She did. I appeared for the interview,along with me there were 10 more people. It was lunch time and the interviewer was least interested in the interview. I was asked about me project, what have I used in my current project, some basic collections questions,etc. This took around 15 min and my first technical round was over. I was told to wait for the second round- F2F/written round by the HR. After waiting for another 15 min, I was told by the HR that I can leave for the day as the panel who was supposed to take the second round of interview is not available today as he is on leave. We will conduct telephonic/Skype round for you. I have not received any information from her till date. It was a week day and she could have arranged for second round by anyone from the company if the panel was not available. And if the panel was not present, why were the interviews held on the same day. HR trying to be nice but instead of giving a false hope to someone,it would be very much appreciated if the HR can tell directly that you didn't qualify this round for so and so reasons. I found this unprofessional and don't think I would be recommending anyone to appear for this company.
