Process was three rounds of interviews and an online personality and intelligence type assessment. One round with HR, one with a manager and one with a partner. The interviews were mostly conversational and the online assessment was timed.

Very conversational, seems like they really care to get to know you as a person and make sure you will fit in well to the established team culture. The interview was super laid back and asked questions mostly about my history and fun questions.

The interview process took about 1 month. There was a screening with the recruiter and 2 additional interviews with managers. It was relaxed and enjoyable. The interview questions that were asked weren't outrageous or very difficult. My interviewers were very pleasant and let me ask as many questions as I wanted which they were happy to answer. The follow up from the talent acquisition team after each interview was prompt and consistent. You're not left wondering what's next, or if the hiring manager is still interested.
