The interview process with Aprio was so smooth and pleasant. I felt each member in the process took the necessary to time to ask pertinent questions as well as help me get to know key people in the company and understand the Aprio culture. I was impressed my interview process was 2 weeks, start to finish.

I sent my resume to a fellow employee of Aprio, but also applied on the website to fill in the application. I spent a total of 6 hours interviewing with multiple Partners, and there was not a single partner who was not passionate, friendly, and informative about what the company is looking for and what the expectations are. It was very informal conversation, lacking the "usual" interview questions - and yet, the questions asked were very important, focusing more on goals for the future and current needs for employment. I worked with a recruiter over several months, and she was willing to think outside the box with my personal situation. The process took 2 months, but that was my personal timeline and it was honored.
