Sit down with the GM for about an hour and discuss previous history as well as elevator pitches. Sell yourself as a seller/hunter for new business. Potential for a follow up interview with the sales trainer.

was given 20 minutes with interviewer on the phone and told they would call me back and keep checking my emails. I never got a call back and had to pursue and answer after I had trouble navigating the faulty automated response program. Finally I called back a second time and was told I was not selected for a second interview. Which is too bad I have a lot to offer this company and will still actively pursue a career here.

process was easy, initially with a recruiter , another interview with the genral manager of the branch, another interview with the market sales trainer. This was a somewhat lengthy but easy process.
