Phone interview and then scheduled in person interview. Nothing difficult, relatively easy process. They do most of the leg work over the phone and internet so by the time you get to the actual interview most everything has been addressed.

First, a phone call with Human Resources to go over pay and benefits. Then a phone call with the branch manager to schedule an interview. Lastly, an in-person interview with the branch manager.
