The interview process began with an HR screening call, followed by a technical round focused on React, JavaScript fundamentals, real-world scenarios, and discussion of previous projects. The final round involved a discussion with the team lead regarding technical experience and role expectations.
After the final round, there was a discussion around early joining requirements, which I clarified along with my notice period. After multiple follow-ups via calls and emails, I received confirmation after about a week that I had been selected, but early joining was again requested. I asked for an offer letter to formally initiate discussions with my current employer, however, no offer letter or further communication was received despite multiple follow-ups.

At first they will call you and schedule the interview, during call they ask you expected salary There are 3 rounds, first basic question via call 2nd machine round and in the final HR round they will say sorry we can’t offer you this much salary. Waste of time.
