I marked as "No" in "did you get an offer", but I really do not know. The interview was yesterday (July, 28) and I didn't get feedback yet.
Anyway, I was referred by a headhunter.
I got a phone call from HR, quick questions to understand who and what I am, and we scheduled an interview.
I went to the interview yesterday (July, 28).
I arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time, reached out to the front desk receptionist, and said I have an interview with Mr. P1.
The receptionist told to me to register at some tablet at the end of her desk.
There, one has to fill one's name, email, and the person he was scheduled to meet. I could not find Mr. P1 in the hosts list.
So I turned to the receptionist, and told her I cannot find Mr. P1. She tried herself, and saw that indeed, Mr. P1 cannot be found.
So she told me she would contact him, and in the meanwhile, I can go to the kitchen, and have a cup of coffee.
15 minutes passing by (that is, 10 minutes after the scheduled time), and no one pops up...
So I went back to the receptionist, and told her no one came. She said she would contact Mr. P1 again, and I can wait at the kitchen, and have another cup of coffee.
So I did, and some 5 minutes later, indeed a guy pops up. He asked for my name, and once verified I am me, he asked me to follow him.
We went down 2 floors, by foot, and all this way long, the guy doesn't say a word... No "how are you doing?", no "did you find the location easily?", no "how did you manage with parking?". Nothing. Nada. Nil...
Anyways, we reached at some open space, where he picked up another guy. This guys actually introduced himself, saying his name is Mr. P2. Only then, the guy that picked me up introduced himself, saying he is Mr. P3. We shook hands, and they asked me to follow them to some nearby meeting room.
There, the interview started.
At this point I had to realize that while I was expecting, as the invitation said, a 1:1 interview with Mr. P1, I am facing two interviewers, none of them is the guy I was invited to meet...
Moving on, they told me what AppsFlyer is about.
When done, they didn't show any interest in me. They didn't ask me to tell them about myself, and they were not interested in my professional experience (like, "tell me something you did on your latest project").
Oh, actually, they asked me one question - "what r u looking for".
Once I explained them what I'm looking for, Mr
P3 stood up, and went to the whiteboard. He said it's going to take a while for him to draw the question, so he referred to Mr. P2, and asked him to ask me something. Very disrespectful...
Mr. P2 had no questions, so we waited for Mr. P3. to finish putting the question on the whiteboard.
I will detail the question in the next section.
Once done, they asked me if I have any questions for them.
My first question was "who u guys r?". Like, up to this point, they didn't bother telling me who was I speaking with...
I then asked about the tech stack, about their methodologies, how often do they deploy, and the like. Mr. P3 did answer my questions, but seemed very impatience, so we finished.
The whole process seemed very messy, like they didn't know I was coming, and I hate to say it, but it was somewhat disrespectful.
I had to fill "did you get the offer", but I have no idea if I passed the interview or not (although, that I got a gut feeling, 2-3 minutes after meeting with Mr. P3, that I had no chance passing it), but even if I did, I hate to say that I am not sure I will be willing to proceed.
Update: indeed, I didn't pass...
