Involved one telephone interview after CV review, with mainly technical questions involving definitions of aspects in software engineering and differences between two aspects. Interviewed by two members of technical team.

The first stage was a 30 minute phone interview going over some basic questions to do with my CV, then around 10 technical questions on C#. After the phone interview I was sent a technical test to create a motor insurance quote calculator. Didn't receive any feedback other than code was not up to standard.
