The phone interview was fine, the recruiter was actually quite nice. After 3 weeks of waiting, they brought me in for an in person interview. It was a little disorganized, they just had me talk about my experience on my resume but there were about 6 people in the room asking me questions at random times while I was talking. There were no concrete questions, which honestly threw me off a little. 3 weeks after the in person interview, they brought me in for again for another round with 4 different new people. This time they had me create a presentation using their medical equipment, which was fine. There were no in depth questions again, except for “why do you want to work here?”
One of the people who interviewed me told me how excellent of a job I did as I walked out. I got an email saying I didn’t get the job shortly after, I took 16 hours of PTO from my currently company to go through this lengthy process. A total of 12 weeks!
