There were two different stages. The first stage was with the hiring manager and a couple of other managers. The second stage was with the Managing Director (MD). They extended an offer to me a week after the second interview

Can you tell me about a time when you had a conflict with your manager, and how you approached it?
Applied through referral and got to final interview with 3, 1:1 interviews. Mostly general behavioural questions. Super easy if you have prior experience. All of the interviewers were amazing people and I enjoyed talking to them.
However recruiter after the interviews ghosted me and after following up for second time (after a month) sent me the rejection email
