First met the recruiter and another employee at an on-campus recruiting event. Had the first round interview right after on campus. Went back for an onsite interview in a couple of weeks and received the offer in about less than a month.
HR would reach out and do simple screening to see if the position is a good match for you and then arrange panel interview for candidates. Panel interview is with hiring managers.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. After applying, I heard back from Applied almost a few days later. They only gave me a days notice about my upcoming interview so that was a bit inconvenient.
