One of the most harrowing experience. Stunned by the level of unprofessionalism. Scheduled interview duration was half an hour but went for 2 hours over phone. The tone of interviewer was very condescending.
Job description asked the candidate to be familiar only with Data Analytics but I was asked questions predominantly in the areas of Material Science Engineering and Electronics which is not even my major or relevant to the position that I interviewed for.
Managers did not bother to read a candidate's resume before appearing to interview them.
Sheer lack of unprofessionalism and work ethics. They also keep you in the dark for months with out letting you know the interview result.
It was good. Answered almost everything but they didn't go with me. There were questions related to image processing. A coding round at the end. The challenge was solved, I was asked questions related to time complexity.

I recently went through a job interview process with a company that left me deeply disheartened due to the unprofessional behaviour of their HR department. Despite successfully navigating through all interview rounds and receiving positive feedback from the interviewers regarding my skillset and communication abilities, my encounter with the HR representative was nothing short of frustrating and demoralizing.
Throughout the interview process, I felt confident in my abilities and was optimistic about the prospect of joining the company. However, any enthusiasm I had quickly dissipated when I was met with rudeness and inconsistency from the HR representative. On one hand, I was informed that the interviewers were impressed with my qualifications and communication skills, leading me to believe that an offer might be imminent. Yet, on the other hand, I was abruptly informed that the position was on hold, with no further explanation or timeline provided.
This lack of transparency and professionalism in communication left me feeling disillusioned and disrespected. It is incredibly frustrating to invest time and effort into a job opportunity, only to be met with vague excuses and unexplained delays. The HR representative's behaviour not only reflects poorly on the company's hiring process but also raises questions about their commitment to treating candidates with dignity and respect.
Navigating the job market can already be a daunting and stressful experience, and encounters like this only exacerbate the challenges faced by job seekers. It is my hope that the company will reflect on their HR practices and strive to improve their communication and professionalism in future interactions with candidates. No individual should have to endure such a disheartening experience in their pursuit of employment.
