J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Applebee's (McDonough, GA) en juin 2015
Entretien
first interview was with two manager who asked basic questions, and were decently nice. as they reviewed my resume they concluded that i may be "over qualified" to be a server even though i had previous experience. so they told me to come back for a second interview with another manager who didn't even look at my resume and only care about my availability. the workers they are extremely unpleasant and i see why they didn't want me working there.

“The interview process typically starts with an application review, followed by an interview with the manager to assess customer service skills, availability, and experience. Depending on the role, there may be situational or behavioural questions to understand how candidates handle teamwork, fast-paced environments, and customer interactions. Successful candidates may then proceed to onboarding and training.”
Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
